I have a family house in Kraimorie, Burgas, Bulgaria. I am selling the cession of right of
construction or the land itself (it is pretty much the same).We are a normal, civilised bulgarian
family. We have some financial difficulties and we are looking for a good neighbour in our beautiful yard. Our offer is also good for an investment with a good profit because the prices here are pretty high in bulgarian standarts. I will provide full support and help with everything. I am fluent in english and my wife is fluent in russian. We are good people!
The whole yard is 500 square meters. Our house is two storeys 100square meters each. The
additional building could be up to 350sq have full freedom of choice where to
build(over our house or in the backyard ,or both).
Kraimorie is a neighbourhood of Burgas. It is a small resort,beautiful, clean, safe and relaxing. It is right on the black sea coast and we have several nice beaches 5 minutes away by walking. There are no crimes or minorities problems. The air is clean. The position is fantastic. Burgas downtown is 5 minutes away by car. The highway is 5 minutes away by car. Sunny Beach is 15 minutes away by car. Sozopol is 10 minutes away by car. Strandja mountain is 10 minutes away by car. The climate is mild and very sunny throughout the whole year. It is literally paradise on earth.
